While working as an engineering lead at another firm, Callan had realized that the mainstay problem working with outsourcing of 0-1 firms is a lack of transparency. Project leads would check in every week for updates, but the amount of steering control and feedback you could give was minimal. The idea stayed with him until he left that position and started Meridin, a truly “bolt on” product department.
Our group includes people who come from higher education, the humanities, and large, commercial software teams. This unique mix adds up to a creative, pragmatic, and innovative approach to development.
